I just stumbled onto your blog!
Hey... don't landlords have an awful
long time to wait before they can evict
their tenants or something?? My husband
says it take 3 years unless it is to replace the
tenant with a family member... which takes 3
months.. When I was evicted from my apt in San Diego after living there for 10 years (no longer under a lease) they only gave me 30 days to vacate the premises!!!! Yikkkees!! --- Leesa
